上海市外企女性白领阶层的体育活动状况

Condition of Participation of Shanghai Foreign Capital Enterprises' Female White-Collar Stratum in Physical Activities

运用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈等研究方法,在调查上海市外企女性白领身体健康状况的基础上,探析其参与体育活动的情况。结果显示:女性白领的健康状况不容乐观,睡眠质量差、焦虑等困扰女性白领阶层,高血压、高血脂等发病率较高,加班时间延长,体育未能真正成为她们的生活方式之一;对体育的认识呈多元化趋势,注重体育的社交、心理价值及健身功能;影响女性白领参与体育活动的原因为没有兴趣、没有精力、没有同伴、未掌握锻炼方法等。由此提出建议。

Using the research methods of literature, questionnaire, interview etc., and based on the investigation into the healthy condition of female white collars in Shanghai foreign capital enterprises, it probed into the situation of their participation in physical activities. The results show that the healthy condition of the female white collars allows of no optimism, lower quality of sleep, anxiety etc. puzzle them, the rate of being suffered from such illness as hypertension, high blood lipid and so on is higher, the time of working extra hours is being lengthened, physical activities can＇ t really become a part of their life style; the understanding of physical activities present a pluralized tendency, the importance is attached to social intercourse, psychological value and fitness function of physical activities; the causes of influencing female white collar＇s participation in physical activities are that they are lack of interests, energies and partners, and haven＇t mastered ways of exercise etc. Accordingly, it put forward some suggestions.
