基于MATLAB的平行分度凸轮机构CAD算法和设计

提出了一种能在MATLAB图形系统GUI中使用的平行分度凸轮机构CAD算法和相应的程序。该平行分度凸轮机构算法和程序包含了机构结果参数的选择,从动件位移、速度、加速度曲线的自动计算和绘制,凸轮理论和实际轮廓的自动计算和精确绘制,以及自动找出机构运动中最大的推程压力角等。结果不但以精确的数值形式放在数据文件中,而且在MATLAB图形系统下以图形方式精确地绘制出来。

In this paper,a CAD design method of Plate conjugate cam with MATLAB is introduced. A CAD program is developed for the design simulation of the profile of the plate cam and the kinematic simulation of this kind of mechanism based on its synthesis results. A design example is demonstrated in this paper.
