In the development of CAFD system based on SolidWorks,the design of graphical user interface（GUI） was needed. This article described the method of CAFD Menu built-in and graphical user interface （GUI）design in the environment of SolidWorks with the aid of VB programming and Solid-Works API meanwhile.
