从理论上阐明了在自然地基中置桩后形成复合地基时桩的作用机理,并进一步阐述了在基础与桩顶之间设褥垫层时,褥垫层的传力作用及其厚度的确定方法,并融会了从自然地基到传统桩基的各种地基基础的作用机理。

This article first theoretically analyzes the function of piles and cushions in composite foundations formed when piles are put in natural foundations. And then it gives an exposition of the method to determine thickness and function of transmitting force when cushions are put between foundations and the top of piles. Finally it elaborates work principles of mixing together natural foundations, composite foundations and conventional piles.
