中药R-B类糊剂狗牙切髓术的实验研究

The experimental study on application of Chinese traditional medicine R-B paste to dog's pulpotomy

目的：观察切髓术中的中药Ｒ－Ｂ类糊剂盖髓后的根髓组织变化。方法：实验使用２只狗的恒牙，光镜观察。结果：术后３ｄ，根髓组织呈无结构状坏死，术后１２周，根髓消失，尖周组织受损。结论：中药Ｒ－Ｂ类糊剂不能作为盖髓药物使用。

Aim: To observe the root pulpal change when R-B paste was used as material for treatment after pulpotomy. Methods: Two dog's permanent teeth were prepared for this experiment and observing by light microscope.Results::At 3 days postoperatively, root pulp exhibited necrotic alterations with unstructured pulp tissue. At 12 weeks postoperatively, root pulp disappeared and periapical tissue disrupted. Conclusions: This R-B paste can't be used as material for treatment after pulpotomy.
