Security is the most essential key property of electronic commerce exchange. Analyzes the properties of electronic commerce, discusses some important properties of electronic commerce system, such as confidentiality, fairness, non-repudiation, proposes the policy and methods for fulfilling the requirement of exchange security in electronic commerce system.
