The Effect of Improving Bottle Washer to Pre-Cleaning Equipment

现有的国内外洗瓶机基本都配有预浸泡槽，可对瓶子进行预湿除尘并将瓶内脏物倒出．提高瓶子的洗净率和降低碱液的消耗。缺点是不能及时地将机器内腔中的脏物排出洗瓶机的机体外．极大地妨碍了瓶子的洗净率并加大了碱液的消耗。本文从技术和实用方面简要阐述了洗瓶机的预除污装置对提高洗净率的作用。

The Pre-soaking tank of bottle washer can Pre-wet. clean and put off the dirt, improve the cleaning efficiency of bottle and decrease the decrement of the alkali. So, this thesis will define the effect of improving bottle washer to pre-cleaning equipment from the technology ＆ actual application.
