柔性版水性油墨的性能与印品质量的关系

Relation between Performance and Printing Quality of Flexographic Printing Ink

柔性版水性油墨具有无毒、不燃、不污染环境、干燥快的特点,广泛应用在印刷包装中。研究了柔性版水性油墨的黏度、触变性、黏着性、细度、颜色等性能及其影响因素,分析这些性能与印刷品质量的关系,为实现精细柔性版印刷产品提供基础。

Flexographic printing ink has characteristics of innocuity, not burning, not contaminating environment, and fast drying, it is extensively used in the package printing. The performance and influencing factors of flexographic printing ink were studied such as viscosity, thixotropy, adhesivity, fineness, color and so on. The relationship of these performances with printing quality was analyzed. The purpose was to provide reference for fine flexographic printing.
