摘要
分析了传统CI(企业形象识别系统)设计的缺陷与负面效应,导入CSI(消费者满意度)理念并与CIS有机结合形成更具实效性的CIS理念与方法,以适应现代市场经济的需求。
The defect and negative effect of traditional CI design was analyzed. It was put forward that combining customers satisfaction index ( CSI ) with CIS can make the idea and method of CIS even more modem and effective to meet the demand for modem market economy.
