摘要
目的:研究注射用辛芍冻干粉针组方中灯盏细辛与赤芍的配伍关系,以阐明该复方药对配伍的合理性。方法:采用小鼠急性全脑缺血、缺氧模型,以动物呼吸维持时间和张口喘息时间为指标。以Scott比值法求得各单组分和配伍条件下的“半效作用量”(D50),应用Finney调和平均数法及Loewe等效线法评价药物的配伍作用。结果:赤芍与灯盏细辛以四种不同比例的配伍用药,对急性脑缺血小鼠呼吸维持时间及急性脑缺氧小鼠喘息时间指标的调和平均数值Q50均小于1,合并用药的等效曲线均为凹形。综合指标表明灯盏细辛与赤芍最佳组方配比1∶1.5。结论:复方药对灯盏细辛与赤芍配伍用药存在协同作用,注射用辛芍冻干粉针组方配伍合理。
Objective: To study the compatibility between Erigerontis Breviscapi and Radix Paeoniae Rubra in Xinshao Freeze-dried Powder Injection and clarify adopting acute cerebral ischemia and hypoxia model the rationality of the compound compatibility. Method: Through in mice, the survival time and gasping time were selected as indexes Scott rate test was used to obtain Dso for separated fractions and the injection to evaluate the compound compatibility, using Finney and Loew.e's methods. Result:In the four different combinations of Herba Erigerontis Breviscapi and Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Q50 were less than 1 for the indexes of the survival time and gasping time, the shapes of isobolic curves also showed concave, the integrative index indicated that the optimization ratio of Herba Erigerontis Breviscapi and Radix Paeoniae Rubra was 1 : 1.5. Conclusion.- Herba Erigerontis Breviscapi and Radix Paeoniae Rubra had synergistic effect, compound compatibility in Xinshao Freeze-dried Powder Injection was. rational.
