摘要
当前石化企业分配制度及相关管理体系中存在的问题,主要体现在竞争机制、岗位设置、绩效考核、薪酬制度和职务消费等五个方面。通过对存在问题的思考,提出了夯实基础、理顺关系、科学设计薪酬制度的深化分配制度改革的思路。
The problems existing in present distribution system and related management systems in petrochemical enterprises, are competition mechanism, post set- up, salary and reward system, and position consumption. Upon deepened thought of the problems, put forward the idea of deepening reform of distribution system: tamping foundation, straightening relations, scientific designing salary and reward system.
