摘要
在专业技术人员的培训中,选择企业和专业技术人员共同关注并急需解决的热点、难点问题作为培训的切入点,根据培训对象的特点,采用短期研讨培训或高级研修的方式,在专家的指导下深入交流研讨。通过培训,使学员掌握解决问题的思路和方法,提高解决实际问题的能力。
In training of professional technicians, selecting hot, difficult problems as starting point which both enterprise and technicians concerned with and need to solve urgently, in view of features of the trainees, in terms of short term study and train or advanced study, under the guidance of experts deepen exchange and discuss. Through training, stu- dents will master the idea and method to tackle problems, and improve the ability to solve practical problems.
