摘要
随着国内一些大型石油和化工建设项目规模的扩大,对总承包的技术实力、管理水平的要求越来越高,由中外石油和化工工程公司组建的项目联合体进行工程总承包的项目管理模式也逐渐被采用。根据在项目联合体工作中的经验,对我国工程公司参与联合体项目运作模式过程中应关注的问题进行探讨。
With enlargement of project scale of giant oil and chemical construction at home, requirement of technology power, management of contract has become higher and higher, Management mode has been gradually adopted which the conglomerate fonned by oil and chemical engineering companies of China and abroad contract the project. Based on experience working in conglomerate, discussed problems to be noticed for our engineering company in joining conglomerate.
