On the Ethics of Government System under Socialism Political Civilization

社会主义政治文明,最根本的就在于政府的制度供给与制度安排是否高度民主,是否充分体现人民的意志,是否建立了完善的民主政治机制和规范的运行机制。但是,一定的制度和法律并不是人的物质生产活动的自然结果,而是必须经过受一定的生产力状况所制约的人的伦理精神的观照。如此,我们有必要对社会主义政治文明与政府制度伦理予以解读与厘清。

Essentially speaking, socialism political civilization lies in whether the government＇ s system supply and system arrangement are highly democratic, whether people＇s wiUs are reflected, and whether an improved democratic pohtics mechanism and a standardized operational mechanism are built. However, certain systems and laws are not the natural results of people＇s material production; it is conditioned by people＇s ethics under certain productive forces. Therefore, the socialism political civihzation and the ethics of government system should be interpreted and differentiated.
