摘要
社会和谐离不开教育和谐,而教育和谐离不开教育法制的保障作用。针对教育上存在城乡公平失衡、地区公平失衡、阶层公平失衡、教育资源公平失衡、教育价值失衡,教育不和谐之音呈此伏彼起、引发多重矛盾的趋势,提出了教育和谐诉求教育法制,必须加快教育立法、建立公平体制、加大教育投入、规范教育收费、规范入学考试、完善课程体系、完善保障机制等政策建议。
Social harmony depends on an educational harmony, but educational hmanony cannot exist without legality in education. Based on the analysis of the disharmoniously educational situation, such as unbalanced education in rural and urban areas, regions, social classes, educational resources and the educational value, this paper holds that educational harmony calls for legality in education and suggests a speedy legality in education, a fair mechanism, increased investment in education, standardized educational charges and college entrance examination, improved curriculum system and guarantee mechanism.
