摘要
目的:探讨胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱ受体在卵巢癌细胞中的表达以及全反式维甲酸对其的影响。方法:应用NorthernBlot技术检测卵巢癌细胞株3Ao,Ao有无胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱ受体以及全反式维甲酸对其的影响。结果:卵巢癌Ao细胞株高表达胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱ受体,3Ao细胞则较低。全反式维甲酸明显引起Ao细胞胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱ受体下降,而3Ao细胞差异不明显。结论:卵巢癌细胞株3Ao和Ao均表达胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱ受体,全反式维甲酸引起Ao细胞株胰岛素样生长因子受体下降,提示胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱ受体参与了全反式维甲酸诱导卵巢癌Ao细胞凋亡过程。
Objective To investigate the changes of insulin like growth factor Ⅱ receptor expression in ovarian cancer cell lines by all transretinonic acid. Methods The expression of insulin like growth factor Ⅱ receptors was tested by using the northern blot analysis. Results The expressions of insulin like growth factor Ⅱ receptors were detected by northern blot analysis in both 3AO and AO ovarian cancer cells.After exposed to all transretinonic acid for 48 hours,the levels of insulin like growth factor Ⅱ receptors were remarkedly decreased in AO cells.No significant change in expression of insulin like growth factor Ⅱ receptor was detected in 3AO cells. Conclusions All transretinonic acid could diminish the expression of insulin like growth factor Ⅱ receptors in AO cells.This may indicate involvement of insulin like growth factor Ⅱ receptor in all transretinonic acid induced apoptosis in AO cells.
