人子宫平滑肌肿瘤的雌、孕激素受体和p^(53)蛋白表达 被引量:42

A study on estrogen receptor,progesterone receptor and p 53 protein expression in human smooth muscle neoplasms of the uterus.

摘要 目的:探讨子宫平滑肌瘤与雌、孕激素受体的关系;了解p53蛋白在不同组织学类型肌瘤细胞内的表达情况。方法:直接荧光组织化学法和免疫组化法。结果:子宫肌瘤雌、孕激素受体阳性率为65.52%,高于子宫肌壁的雌、孕激素受体36.36%的阳性率。两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。60例子宫平滑肌瘤p53蛋白总阳性表达率为18.83%,良性平滑肌瘤组、富细胞型及子宫肉瘤组p53蛋白阳性率分别为13.33%、15%和40%。肉瘤组p53蛋白阳性率明显高于良性肌瘤组,但差异无显著性。结论:雌、孕激素对子宫平滑肌瘤的发生均有一定作用。人子宫平滑肌瘤p53蛋白阳性表达率低于女性生殖道上皮源性肿瘤,而与人纤维源性肿瘤的p53蛋白阳性表达率接近。 Objectives To detect the estrogen and progesterone recptor(ER,PR)in human smooth muscle neoplasms of the uterus;and to study the relationship between p 53 gene protein expression and histological types of the leiomyoma of the uterus. Methods A fluorescent histochemical method was used in this study to detect ER and PR.An immunohistochemical method utilizing microwave oven treated avidin biontin complex(ABC) technique was used to detect p 53 protein expression. Results A.ER and PR assayed in 29 leiomyoma and 22 smooth muscle of the uterus.The results showed that the positive rates of ER and PR were higher in leiomyoma group than that in smooth muscle of the uterus,65.52% and 36.36% respectively.There were significant difference in the two groups ( P <0.05). B.The total p 53 positive staining rate was 18.33% in human smooth muscle neoplasm of the uterus.The p 53 positive staining rate, in benign leiomyoma,celluar type and leinomyosarcoma was 13.33%,15% and 40%,respectively.The p 53 positive staining rate was higher in leiomyosarcoma group than that in leiomyoma group.There was no significant difference in two groups( P <0.05). Conclusions Estrogen and progesterone may play a role in the pathogensis of leiomyoma of the uterus.The p 53 protein expression rate in uterine neoplams is lower than that in epithelial tumor;of the female genital tract;and is similar to the fibrous neoplasms.
