摘要
目的观察舒利迭吸入治疗支气管哮喘的疗效。方法35例支气管哮喘患者使用舒利迭进行治疗,剂量为50μg/100μg吸/次,每日2次,经准纳器吸入,疗程为12w,观察吸入前后临床症状、体征及肺功能的变化。结果舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘的总有效率为97.1%,肺功能较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01)。结论吸入舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘有较好的临床疗效。
Objective To observe the curative effect of seretide accuhaler on bronchial asthma. Methods 35 patients with bronchial asthma were treated with seretide by accuhaler/diskus, 2times/day, 12 weeks, observe the change of clinical symptom, undesirable effects and pulmonic function before and after inhale. Results The total effective rate of seretide accuhaler on bronchial asthma is 97.1%, the pulmonic function is improved（P〈 0.01）. Conclusion Seretide accuhaler has better clinical curative effect to cure bronchial asthuma.
