根据输变电设施可靠性管理的要求,结合电力生产的现状,从提高输变电设施可用系数指标、计划停运率指标、非计划停运率指标、加强可靠性管理等方面,分析了提高输变电设施可靠性指标的措施。

According to a request of the electric transmission and distribution equipment reliability, combine the present condition of electric power produceing, analyze the measures of improving electric transmission ＆ distribution equipmen reliability index from aspect of raising available factor index, planned outage rate index, forced outage rate index and strengthening reliability management.
