斑地锦与地锦总黄酮含量及抗氧化活性比较 被引量:8

摘要 以5月营养生长期、7月开花前期、9月果期的斑地锦与地锦为材料,比较它们的总黄酮含量及抗氧化活性的差别.结果表明,斑地锦的总黄酮含量均低于地锦;开花前期斑地锦总黄酮含量为20.28~22.23 mg/g,地锦的为34.67~37.50 mg/g;斑地锦提取液还原力明显弱于地锦,并与总黄酮含量呈正相关;两者在超氧阴离子和羟自由基清除能力上差别不大,斑地锦提取液含量为1 mg/g时,对超氧阴离子的清除率为54%,地锦的为56%;斑地锦提取液含量为10 mg/g时,对羟自由基的清除率为89%,地锦的为92%. With vegetal period in May, flowering early period in July and fruit period in September Euphorbia maculata and Euphorbia humifusae taken as the materials, this paper is an attempt to make a distinction between the total flavonoids' content and antioxidant activity. The result indicates that the total flavonoids' content of Euphorbia maculata is lower than E.humifusae, and July two total flavonoids' content is the highest, E.maculata is 20.28 - 22.23 mg/g, Euphorbia humifusae is 34.67 - 37.50 mg/g; The E.maculata is weakly to E.humifusae in the reducing ability, and assumes the good proportion relations with the total flavonoids' content. DifferenCes are not so obrious in the superoxide anion and the hydroxy-free radical elimination ability, in the concentration 1 mg/g to the superoxide anion clearance rate, E.maculata is 54% and Euphorbia humifusae is 56%; When maculate is 10 mg/g to the hydroxyl-free radical clearance rate, E.maculata is 89% and E.humifusae is 92%.
