Psyttalia incisi completes its preimage stage inside the host in less than 24.7-29.1 d after ovipositing 1-2 d old larvae.Under the condition of （25±1） ℃ and 70% - 80% RH, a duration of 27.4 d is needed to complete one generation with 1.7-2.3 d egg stage, 12.0-14.0 d larvae stage with three instars, 8.0-10.0 d pupae stage, and 3.0 - 3.5 d preoviposition period. The longevity of parasitoid is about 15-33 d, and the female survives longer than the male.
