摘要
针对宝钢285预精轧机的油膜轴承,采用RNGk-ε湍流模型对油膜轴承的温度场进行了计算流体力学(CFD)仿真,仿真油膜轴承在不同转速下的温度场分布,得出油膜轴承温度场的分布规律和特点。根据仿真结果对油膜轴承配合进行了改进,应用于现场取得了良好效果。
Aiming at the oil film bearing in No. 285 precise rolling mill in advance used in Baoshan iron and steel plant, the calculated fluid dynamics (CFD) emulation of the temperature field of the bearing is conducted by lurbulence model, and the distribution of temperature field at different rotational speed and its characteristics are obtained.
