用不同的培养基对健康家兔盲肠内容物进行培养,并对菌群进行初步鉴定。结果表明:在MRS肉汤培养基的基础上添加10%的软粪浸出物可获得更多的细菌种类,并可培养出更多有利于家兔健康的有益菌。

The experiment was carried on to study the effection of rabbits ceacal contents by the different media. The results show that more types of bacteria were gotten by MRS added 10% soft fecal extracts and produce a preliminary identification of microorganisms. The media can help to train more health prebiotics rabbits.
