在构建农村社会和谐中,基层组织起着重要的保驾护航作用。在农村社会转型时期,基层组织旧的权威和功能出现了缺失,同时在发挥新的权威和功能上面临许多困惑。这不仅影响基层组织作用的发挥,也影响农村社会的稳定与和谐。对此,必须高度重视和切实加以解决。

The construction of harmonious rural society is escorted by primary organization. During the transformation of village, primary organization, with absence of old authority and function, is facing with bewildennent for its application of new authority and function, which has influence on roles of primary organization as well as stability and harmony of village. Therefore, we must give great attention to take effective measures.
