摘要
随着中国的城市化和工业化的双重提速,农村集体土地被大量征用,使得失地农民问题越来越成为一个重要的社会问题。之所以成为问题,原因在于各种失地农民的基本权利没有得到尊重和维护。
With dual acceleration of china＇ s urbanization and industrialization process, the confiscation of a lot of collective land of countryside make the problem of losing land peasants more and more serious. The reason lies in the failure of respecting and maintenance of various landless farmers＇ basic authority.
