摘要 介绍了溶剂萃取净化湿法磷酸的研究进展情况。近期研究得出的结论有:选用与水不溶的萃取剂;稀释剂的适宜加入量为总溶剂量的10%~30%;萃取体系适宜的相比为:萃取相比(有机相/水相)3∶1,洗涤相比(有机相/水相)18∶1,反萃相比(有机相/水相)10∶1。研究的创新点有:萃取设备采用振动筛板塔;开发了三次脱硫技术;磷酸精制和渣酸制肥结合;萃取稀释剂便宜易得;化学沉淀法与溶剂萃取法结合;脱硫、脱色、脱氟在同一工序中进行。 The research advance of purifying wet-process phosphoric acid with solvent extraction method was introduced. The conclusion obtained from recent research included: extraction solvent that was insoluble in water was selected, suitable adding level of diluter was 10% -30% general solvent quantity, suitable extraction phase ratio was 3 : 1, cleaning phase ratio was 18 : 1, adverse extraction phase ratio was 10 : 1. The creative technologies of the research included : vibrating orifice column was adopted as extraction apparatus, three times desulfurization process was developed, the purification of phosphoric acid was combined with making fertilizer from acid slag, extraction diluter was cheap, chemical precipitation method was combined with solvent extraction method, desulfurization, decolourization and defluorization was carried out in the same process.
