摘要
本研究采用物理、化学活化的方法激发黄磷渣的潜在活性,研究了某些主、辅激发剂的作用效果以及工艺参数对材料性能的影响。研究结果显示:以活化磷渣和原状磷渣进行复合,并通过强化手段可制备出抗压强度值达80MPa以上的化学键合陶瓷复合材料,它能代替传统混凝土和石材使用,具有良好的经济效益和环境效益。
The physical and chemical activation methods were applied to activate the potential activity of yellow phosphorus slag, and the effect of main, auxiliary activator on the properties of chemical bonded ceramics compound materials, as well as technical parameters were studied. The results showed that chemical boned ceramics compound materials was prepared by activated and raw yellow phosphorus slag under strengthening action, its compression strength could reach over 80MPa. it can replace concrete and nature stone, and is beneficial to economy and society.
