分析校企合作共建实验室的经济利益需求动机,探讨我校重点实验室校企合作共建的主要内容和管理模式,包括实验室基础设施合作建设、合作研究、技术咨询与交流、项目推广与实施;进一步指出校企合作双方存在的风险及防范措施。

Economic benefits incentive and demand were analyzed for university-enterprise cooperation to construct laboratory. The main contents and management model were discussed to co-construct the key laboratory in Chongqing Jiaotong University, including co-constructing basic equipments, co-research, technique consultation and intercommunion, and project popularize and practice. Then the risks and their prevention were further probed in university-enterprise cooperation.
