Improving CRM System Based on XML Asynchronous Communication

客户关系管理(CRM)系统近年来得到普遍关注,然而实施CRM的技术还不是很成熟.提出了1种基于AJAX框架和XML的CRM系统,通过很好地控制浏览器与服务器发送和接收信息的状态,达到异步传输数据,提高了响应速度,从而更好地解决了CRM中的”绿屏”、复杂的数据验证、更新提示、以及自动更新等问题.

The customer relations system （CRM） has managed to obtain the universal attention in recent years. However,the implemented CRM technology is not very mature. One kind of CRM system based on the Ajax frame and XML is proposed, which can well control the browser and server with information transimission and receive condition, to achieve the asynchronous transmission data, enhance the speed of response,thus in better solution of CRM ＂green screen＂, complex data confirmation function, renewal prompt, automatic renewal technology and so on.
