玉米籽粒灌浆、脱水速率的相关与通径分析 被引量:54

Correlation Analysis of Dry-down and Grain Filling Rate in Maize

摘要 试验选用9份自交系,按格列芬双列杂交方法Ⅱ设计,对玉米灌浆速率、脱水速率及其主要性状进行相关和通径分析。结果表明:单株产量与灌浆速率呈正相关:第Ⅲ期灌浆速率>第Ⅱ期灌浆速率>第Ⅰ期灌浆速率。灌浆速率与穗粒数、行粒数、穗长、百粒重、容重、穗粗、穗行数呈正相关。对产量正向直接通径系数:穗粒数>第Ⅲ期灌浆速率>出苗到抽丝日数>第Ⅰ期灌浆速率>百粒重>第Ⅱ期灌浆速率>灌浆持续期。自然脱水速率与穗轴脱水速率、苞叶脱水速率呈正相关,与包叶面积、苞叶含水量、籽粒宽、穗轴粗、籽粒长度、穗长、穗粗、行粒数、灌浆持续期呈负相关显著。对自然脱水速率直接通径系数正向值最大是苞叶脱水速率,负向值最大是苞叶含水量,其次是百粒重。 Nine inbred lines were used to mating crosses by Griffing's design Ⅱ, the correlation with yield were analyzed. The main results were as follows: it showed that grain filling rate,dry-down rate had high correlation with main agronomy traits. Grain filling rate had positive correlation with plant yield. The correlative coefficients was higher at stage Ⅲ than that of at stage Ⅱ and stage Ⅰ . Grain filling rate was positive correlated with kernels on each ear, kernels per row, ear length, 100-grain weight, volume weight, ear diameter and rows in each ear in sequence. Plant yield had positive direct path coefficient to kernels per ear, grain filling rate at stage Ⅲ, days to silk, grain filling rate at stage Ⅰ, 100- grain weight,grain filling rate at stage If,durable time of grain filling in sequence. Kernel natural dry-down rate was positively correlative with ear stalk dry-down rate, husk dry-down rate and significant negative correlation with the ear traits. The biggest positive path coefficient to natural dry-down rate Husk dry down rate had,the biggest negative path coefficient was husk water content followed by 100- grain weight.
