摘要 分析了国内目前大型激光装置大口径激光能量测量的现状,研制了基于总线的多路激光能量自动测量系统。该系统采用优化的硬件设计和软件算法,解决了现场嵌入式测量单元的抗电磁干扰、线性度以及远程集中自动测量问题。 This paper introduces the status in quo of measurement of large aperture laser energy, and designs an automatic measurement system of laser energy for large scale laser instrument. This design resolves the electromagnetic interference problem, the linear problem, and realizes the remote control.This design can provide reference for the energy measurement of high power solid laser system.
