外源钙对盐胁迫下枸杞愈伤组织抗氧化酶活性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以枸杞愈伤组织为材料,研究外源钙对盐胁迫下各种保护酶活性的影响.结果表明:在3种不同浓度的盐胁迫下,愈伤组织的丙二醛(MDA),过氧化氢(H2O2)和超氧阴离子自由基(O2.-)都显著增加,由于自身抗氧化系统的调节,各种保护酶即超过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性也随之增强.加入CaCl2后,O2.-、MDA和H2O2的质量摩尔浓度都有所降低,SOD、POD和CAT活性仍呈上升趋势,说明盐胁迫下外源钙可以延缓盐胁迫对膜的伤害,从而提高枸杞的耐盐性. The experiment was conducted to study the effects of exogenous calcium on different antioxidant enzymes activities of Lycium barbarum callus under salt stress. The result showed that MDA, H2O2 contents of callus and O2^- production rate of callus treated by 100 mmol/L, 200 mmol/L or 400 mmol/L respectively were higher than that of control. Because of its own antioxidant system, the activities of SOD, POD and CAT were all increased. After exogenous calcium was added, O2^- production rate , MDA and H2O2 contents decreased. It was inferred that the alleviation of salt injury in Lycium barbarum callus by treating with exogenous calcium should be associated with the enhancement of protective ability of the cell.
