郴州市苏仙区土地集约利用评价研究

Research evaluation of intensive land usage in Suxian District of Chenzhou Municipality

以湖南省郴州市苏仙区为例,采用德尔菲法和层次分析法对该区的土地集约利用情况进行分析和评价,为苏仙区的土地集约利用提供理论参考依据,进而推进全市土地资源持续、集约利用和城市区域扩展规模研究,并为自然、人文条件相近地区的土地集约利用研究提供借鉴和参考.

Taking Suxian District of Chenzhou as an example, the conditions of intensive usage of land were analyzed and appraised by using Delphi technique and analytic hierarchy process in order to provide the theoretical references for the intensive usage of land in Suxian District, Which propelled the sustained and intensive usage of land resources and research of expanding scale of urban area, and provided experiences and references for the areas similar to Suxian District in the natural and cultural conditions.
