中西医结合治疗慢性荨麻疹54例临床观察

COMBINED THERAPY OF CHINESE TRADITIONAL AND WESTERN MEDICINE FOR CHRONIC URTICARIA

目的:评价中西医结合治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法:选择慢性荨麻疹患者为研究对象,被纳入的合格受试者108人被随机分配到中西医结合治疗组和西药对照组,西药组盐酸左西替利嗪片每日1次,每次5mg,中西医结合组采用左西替利嗪加中药治疗,两组均经4周的治疗。结果:第8天及第15天,两组疗效无差异,第29天中西医结合组疗效高于对照组,两组疗效差异有统计学意义,且前者复发率比前者低。结论:中西医结合疗法可能多途径起作用,故治疗慢性荨麻疹能取得更好疗效。

OBJECTIVE：To evaluate effect of TCM combined with west medicine treating chronic urticaria. METHODS ： 108 patients suffering from chronic urticaria were divided into two groups randomly. The patients in control group received levocetirizine （5mg/d） and those in treatment group received traditional medicine combined with levocelirizine. Patients in two groups have been treated for a period of 4 weeks. RESULTS ：The effect rates in both groups on the 8^th and 18^th day are not different but are different sig- nificantly on the 29^th day. CONCLUSION：Multiple ways are supposed to contribute to better results in the combined treatment.
