摘要
目的:探讨脂代谢异常,脂质过氧化自由基反应在慢性肾功能衰竭发生发展中的作用。方法:观察38例慢性肾功能衰竭患者低密度脂蛋白与氧自由基的变化及两者的联系。结果:患者血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和载脂蛋白B100明显升高;血清脂质过氧化物含量亦显著升高;超氧化物歧化酶活性明显降低;两者相关分析表明:低密度脂蛋白胆固醇升高与脂质过氧化物含量呈正相关,而与超氧化物歧化酶活性呈负相关。结论:慢性肾功能衰竭存在着脂代谢紊乱和脂质过氧化改变,两者存在相关或相依关系。
Objective:To investigate the potential role of lipid metabolism disturbance and lipid peroxidation in development of chronic renal failure.Methods:Changes in low density lipoprotein and oxygen free radicals and their relationship were observed in 38 patients with chronic renal failure.Results:It was shown that serum low density lipoprotein and apolipoprotein B 100 significantly increased ( P <0 01).Concomitantly,serum lipid peroxide content significantly elevated ( P <0 01) and serum superoxide dismutase activity markedly reduced ( P <0 001)in these patients.Also,the level of low density lipoprotein correlated positively with lipid peroxide content ( r =0 672, P <0 01),but negatively with superoxide dismutase activity( r =-0 519, P <0 01).Conclusions:These data indicate that a close relationship between lipid metabolism disturbance and enhanced lipid peroxidation is evident in uremic patients,which are associated with the development of chronic renal failure.
