异体血光量子疗法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床及免疫学研究

Clinical and immunologic study of chronic renal failure treated with ultraviolet irradiated and oxygenated blood

目的：探索慢性肾功能衰竭（ＣＲＦ）的有效治疗方法。方法：应用异体血光量子疗法治疗ＣＲＦ患者１４例（治疗组），并与对照组（１２例）作疗效对比。结果：治疗组在降低血尿素氮（ＢＵＮ）和血肌酐（ＳＣｒ）、增加尿量和内生肌酐清除率（ＣＣｒ）及提高ＣＤ＋４、ＣＤ＋４／ＣＤ＋８比值等方面均明显优于对照组，具有显著性差异（Ｐ均＜０．０５），且患者的恶心、呕吐症状明显改善，而血压变化不大。结论：异体血光量子疗法治疗ＣＲＦ的疗效可靠、安全，疗效优于常规治疗。

Objective:To seek a new treatment method for chronic renal failure (CRF).Methods:Ultraviolet irradiated and oxygenated blood was used in 14 patients with CRF.Results:In comparison with control groups(12 cases of CRF),the treatment showed significant effects in lowering serum urea nitrogen and creatinine concentrations,in increasing urine output and creatinine clearance,and in enhancing level of CD + 4,CD + 4/CD + 8 ratio (all P <0 05).Also,clinical symptoms including nausea and vominting were markedly reduced by treatment of the new method,but there was no effect on blood pressure.Conclusions:These results suggest that ultraviolet irradiated and oxygenated blood has beneficial effects in treating CRF with satisfactory effect and safety,and it appears to have favorable advantage compared with conventional treatment.
