摘要
随着经济的发展,晋升、薪资不再是员工的唯一追求,员工对福利的改善越来越注重,员工福利的内涵也日趋个性化与多元化。在这种形势下,弹性福利制度作为一种新的福利制度形式,注重员工的选择偏好,强调对员工福利愿望的最大满足,对于提高员工的工作满意度有着重要的积极意义。本文分为三部分,首先分析我国员工福利实施的现状,然后对我国企业福利实施的误区进行分析,最后对员工弹性福利进行设计。
With the economical development, the promotion and the salary no longer are the goals that employees' only pursue, the employees are paying more and more attentions to the benefits improvement ; the connotation of the employees' benefits is also individuality and multiplication day by day. Under this kind of situation, the flexible benefits system as one kind of the new benefit system, scholars have begun to study and implement in the enterprise. This article first analyzes the present situation of the employees' benefits that implement in our country, and then carries on the analysis to the erroneous zone that implement in the enterprise of our country, finally carries on the design to employees' flexible benefits. When to design the employees flexible benefits, pays great attention to staff's choice by chance, emphasized the satisfies most greatly to welfare desire of the staff, it has the vital positive sense that regarding enhances staff's work degree of satisfaction.
