厦门海底隧道风化深槽全断面帷幕注浆方案设计 被引量:15

摘要 厦门翔安海底隧道海底段穿越F1、F2、F3三处全强风化深槽和F4风化囊,风化深槽地段围岩破碎,岩体强度低,水压大,自稳能力差,在极端地质条件下存在发生渗透破坏的可能,施工风险极大。为确保隧道安全通顺利通过风化深槽、防止涌突水,对风化槽地段采用全断面帷幕注浆技术加固围岩,就全断面帷幕注浆技术参数确定、施工工艺和施工方法进行论述。 The under-the sea part of Xiang'an Tunnel in Xiamen goes through thoroughly weathered ditches at F1, F2 and F3, and a weathered sag areaat F4. The rock at the weathered ditches is fractured and weak with high water pressure and low stability, subject to the possibility of seepage and breakage under extreme geological conditions, presenting very high risks to the tunnel construction. In order to make the tunnel go through the ditches safely and prevent water burst, full face curtain grouting is adopted to strengthen the rock. This paper explains the determination of parameters and construction technology and methods for the full face curtain grouting.
