摘要
[目的]优选野菊花挥发油的最佳提取工艺。[方法]以挥发油提取量为考察指标,采用正交设计实验法进行优选。[结果]最佳提取条件为加水量10倍,浸泡时间0 h,蒸馏时间3 h。[结论]优选得到的工艺稳定、可行。
[Objective] To optimize the extraction condition of volatile oil in Chrysanthemi indici. [Methods] Taking the extracted amount of volatile oil as the index, the orthogonal experiment was applied to optimize. [Results] The best extraction conditions were established as 10-fold water without maceration and 3 h distillation. [Conclusions] The extraction process is feasible and stable.
