摘要
在知识经济时代,企业之间的竞争很多时候直接演变为人才的竞争。而人才的获取与稳定却需要依托企业高效运作的激励体系。本文从企业员工组织承诺的角度出发,运用组织承诺模型为现代企业构建激励体系,力求为企业人力资源工作者提供指导性的框架和思路。
In today's knowledge economy era, the competition between companies turns to talent competition. However, the acquirement and stabilization of faculty depend on the incentive mechanism of company. Therefore, This paper uses an organizational commitment model to construct an enterprise incentive mechanism.
