影响中美语言抱怨实施策略的情景因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 根据抱怨程度的强弱,可将抱怨言语行为分为退出、暗示、表达不快与不赞成、明显抱怨、补偿策略、谴责、警告和威胁这七种实施策略。由于中美社会文化存在一定差异,各个情景因素如社会地位、社会距离、契约关系和说话人的期望值等都会对中美抱怨策略的选择产生一定的影响。
