教育管理质量模式经验性较强、利学性较差。全面质量管理模式借鉴企业全面质量管理的经验及成功做法,来提高高等职业教育教学质量。以教育管理质量模式为基础构建全面质量管理模式按照军事院校的办学规律与要求,实施质量保障与监控的系统。该系统综合前2种模式的优点,有利于体系的科学化、系统化和有效性。
