摘要 采用金属磁记忆的应力测试,以PC104为测试仪处理核心,利用开发出的金属磁记忆检测仪对拉伸钢棒进行测量,对所得数据采用一维小波降噪处理,以确定其应力集中区。其软件系统由信号采集、人机接口、数据管理、信号处理、专家系统、显示打印等组成。通过步进电机控制磁敏传感器的行进距离,可实现定时定步长测量。 Based on metal magnetic memory method to test stress, PC104 is the manage core of the diagnosis instrument. Steps includes: Use the instrument to measure stretch steel stick, its data will be disposed by one dimension wavelet, to ensure the area of mass stress. The soft system consists of signal collection, human and instrument interface, data manage, signal dispose, expert system, display print model. Stepping motor is used to control travel distance of magnetism transducer so that the fix time and step measure can be achieved.
