FDI及外商对华直接投资问题的浅析

Analysis of the Problems of FDI and the Direct Investment of Foreign Merchants in China

当前FDI已成为大型跨国公司经营的重要手段,国际直接投资也成为全球经济发展的新增长点。本文从对FDI的研究出发,先论述了FDI盛行的原因和FDI对各国经济发展的积极效应,之后概述了外商对中国直接投资的情况,并由此提出几点更为有效利用外国对华直接投资的对策。

At present foreign direct investment （FDI） has become an important means for large transnafional corporation, and also a new growth point of the global economic development. The paper expounds the popular mason of FDI and the positive effectiveness of FDI on the economic development in different countries, and then explains the situation of the direct investment of foreign merchants in China and put forward several effective measures to use foreign fund for the direct investment in China.
