庭院式餐厅是近来各城市悄然兴起的一种餐饮经营模式。大理白族庭院是白族文化的集中表现,而白族式庭院是餐饮文化特色最好的物质载体,借助白族民居庭院开展本土餐饮经营是其最大特色。

The author chooses the city of Dali as his research object and expounds the development of Dali Courtyard Restaurants and analyses three main management models, and sums up some experience that can be used as reference through the comparison between the management of Dali courtyard restaurants and similar restaurants in other cities.
