摘要 目的:检测caveolin-1基因mRNA在小鼠牙发育不同时期间充质细胞中的表达,初步探讨caveolin-1在小鼠牙胚发育过程中的作用。方法:以E9.5第一鳃弓间充质细胞及E16.5下颌第一磨牙牙胚细胞作为研究发育机制的模型,应用RT-PCR技术检测caveolin-1 mRNA的表达。结果:caveolin-1 mRNA在两种细胞中均有表达,其在牙胚细胞中的表达水平高于第一鳃弓间充质细胞。结论:caveolin-1可能在牙发育过程中发挥作用。 Objective: To study the expressidon of caveolin-1 mRNA in tooth development of mouse with different mesenchyrnal cells. Methods: Total RNA was extracted from E9.5 ectoderm mesenchyrnal cells and E16.5 tooth germ mesenchyrnal cells of mouse and the gene mRNA was determined by using RT-PCR technique. Results: caveolin-1 mRNA was detected in both mesenchyrnal cells and its level in tooth germ mesenchymal cells is higer than that in ectoderm mesenchyrnal cells. Conclusion: caveolin-1 may play a important role in tooth development of mouse.
