摘要
姜黄素是从姜科植物的根茎姜黄中提取的一种植物多酚,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗凝、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗肿瘤等药理作用。本文综述了姜黄素诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的分子生物学机制研究进展。
Curcumine (diferuloylmethane) is a polyphenol natural product of the plant Curcuma longa, which has extensive pharmacological action such as anti-inflammatory, antioxygen, anticoagulation, antiartherosclerosis, antitumor and so on. In 1985, Kuttan proposed a possibility that curcumine has antitumor action for the first time. From then on, numerous scholars do a lot of research on the mechanism of antitumor of curcumine. They then have confirmed that curcumine could inhibit the cell proliferation of tumor and induce tumor apoptosis. This paper briefly reviewed the progress which has been made in recent years about the molecular biology mechanism of curcumine in inducing tumor apoptosis.
