垂体后叶素在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术中的应用

Study on the application of pituitrin in laparoscope hystero-myomectomy

目的:探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的止血方法及垂体后叶素在术中的作用。方法:腹腔镜下对68例子宫肌瘤患者行子宫肌瘤剔除术,其中38例为A组(垂体后叶素组),于切开浆膜层前子宫肌层注射垂体后叶素6u加入0.9%氯化钠10mL,30例为B组(对照组),予局部创面电凝止血或明胶海绵填压止血。结果:68例手术均在腹腔镜下完成。术中出血量:A组出血(50.62±43.67)mL,B组出血(105.76±83.25)mL;手术时间:A组(97.72±43.65)min,B组(120.76±42.48)min。A组出血量明显少于B组(P<0.05)。讨论:腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术中使用垂体后叶素止血,是一种有效的止血方法。

Objective To explore the hemostasis in hystero-myomectomy under laparoscope and the application of pituitrin in hystero-myomectomy under laparoscope. Methods Hystero-myomectomy was performed under laparoscope for 68 cases of hysteromyoma, among which 38 cases were in group A（ the pituitrin group） and the other 30 cases were in group B （control group）. The patients in the group A were injected with 6 u pituitrin and 10 mL NaCI of 0.9% concentration. Group B used local wound surface electrocoagulation or gelatin sponge hemostasis. Results All the operations for the 68 cases were performed under laparoscope. The amount of bleeding during operation was （50. 62 ± 43.67） mL for in group A, （105. 76±83. 25） mL in group B. The operation time was （97. 72± 43. 65） minutes in group A, （120. 76±42.48） minutes in group B. The amount of bleeding of group A was significantly less than that of group B（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The application of pituitrin in hystero-myomectomy under laparoscope can be an effective hemostasis.
