昆明地区部分老年人群骨质疏松性骨折发病率初步调查和分析

Prevalence rate of senile osteoprotic fracture in kunming area

目的了解昆明地区到我院骨科住院治疗患者中骨质疏松性骨折发病率。方法根据流行病学调查要求,整体收集我院2001～2005年骨科住院患者计5131例,进行统计分析整理。结果各类原因所致骨折患者3720例,60岁以上骨质疏松性骨折患者563例,占骨折患者15.13%,占骨科住院患者数10.97%。结论昆明地区骨质疏松性骨折尤其是髋部骨折发病率较高,宜加强防治。

Objective To study the prevalence of senile According to the requirements of the study, a total of 5131 osteoporotic fracture in Kunming area. Methods cases who had been treated in my hospital from Jan 2001 to Dec. 2005, were all analyzed. Results The total amount of fracture patients is 3720 cases and 563 cases were old people over 60. The rate of senile osteoporotic fracture was 15.13 %. Conclusion As the prevalence of osteoporotic fracture, especially hip fracture, is still high in Kunming area, we should try our best to address it.
