摘要
目的研究漳州市健康人群骨峰值,为原发骨质疏松症的预防和诊断提供参考依据。方法于2003年至2005年采用超声骨密度仪,对居住在漳州市5年以上的876名健康人,年龄25~45岁,女性488人,男性388人,共计876人。以5岁为一个年龄组,测量跟骨超声振幅衰减(BUA),超声声速(SOS)和预测骨强度(STI)。结果漳州市健康人群男女BUA、SOS及STI在26岁至45岁之间均呈递增趋势,各年龄组的BUA、SOS和STI男性均高于女性,男女各年龄组之间进行比较差异有统计学意义,男女各自各年龄段比较差异无统计学意义。结论定量超声骨密度仪分析骨密度具有一定临床和科研价值,通过对本地区不同人群的测定,得出健康人群超声骨密度峰值参考区域,可作为我国南方地区骨质疏松症诊断的参考值。
Objective To study the peak bone density in normal subjects,providing useful data for diagnosis and prevention of osteoperosis. Methods Calcaneal parameters were measured in 876 normal Zhangzhou subject aged 26 to 45(488 women and 388 men)by UBIS-3000 QUS .including broadband ultrasound attenuation (BUA), speed of sound (SOS), and stiffness( STI). They were divided into 5 age groups by every five Years. Results The values of BUA, SOS and STI of the calcaneus increase as the age increases from 26 to 45. The BUA, SOS and STI in men were greater than that in women in different ages. Conclusion Uhrasonography is useful in detection of bone density and clinical study of osteoporosis.
